Each 2-hour session is a ceremonial journey—blending fluid movement, elemental theory, and the wisdom-filled teachings of the Goddess who came down on a chariot, Quan Yin. We open and close each practice with a shared tea ceremony, opening the heart and anchoring our movement into stillness.

BaguaZhang is a lifetime path. Each session is a return to the spiral, where presence deepens, and breathing in the field of WuJi becomes your way of walking through the world.
